Researchers have shown that men who marry intelligent women live longer, are happier, and are less likely to be diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia. It's a known fact that brain-stimulating games prevent these diseases, so it's logical to assume that a partner who constantly stimulates the intellect can have a positive effect on your cognitive abilities. "If a boy wants to live long, then he should marry an intelligent woman," said Lawrence Whalley, a professor of mental health.
