Jean-Bedel Bokassa!!
The dictator of the Central African Republic from 1976 to 1979. In the 75 years of his life, Bokassa had 17 wives and 50 children. Ironically, Bokassa outlawed polygamy.In 1979, children protested being forced to buy school uniforms in the factory of one of Bokassa's wife. In revenge, he arrested 180 children in primary schools.
Bokassa went to the prison where children were kept together and the guards beat him to death. From the evidence reveals that Jean-Bedel personally broke the skulls of five children with his staff. The declared himself emperor and initiation ceremony he spent one third of the state budget. The ceremony was not attended by any foreign leaders at the time had reportedly ate human baby. When Alexander Banza tried to make a coup, Bokassa killed him with his hand. It was not a pleasant dictator, hilarious or oratory. Jean-Bedel Bokassa was not populist but a simple and insane.
